The Goodbugs Vermiculture
Information and Earthworm farming
day, held at the Animal Farm, was
a huge success. The Course was
presented by Charl Pienaar and
Dora du Plessis and was attended
by 30 new worm fanatics.

The Course was held at the Animal
Farm B&B, and the Northern Cape
displayed much enthusiasm. Some
people started off their own worm
farms the very next day!

Thank you for everyone that
attended and made this day
possible
.

What is Permaculture?
It is a practical design approach to sustainable development which has been used globally in hundreds of
countries, and has thousands of practitioners around the world. It is an optimistic, action-orientated approach
to the environmental, energy, food, water and climate crisis the world is facing.

“A design is a marriage of landscape, people and skills in the context
of regional society”. (Bill Mollison)

Permaculture designs human ecosystems where our needs are met sustainably. These systems are also
known as cultivated ecologies: a weaving together of people and culture, plants, animals, buildings,
energy systems, economic structures and more into a productive and harmonious whole.

Facilitators:
Alex Kruger (PEA), Wendy Crawford (BGB) and guests.
The two facilitators have 22 years of Permaculture and related experience between them.
